Global Internet Seminar

It never fails to fascinate me, how after each presentation, the speaker will demonstrate their brand of salesmanship, trying to outdo the earlier guy. While I held on tight to my credit cards, a friend, who had been denying her addiction to buy more coaching class, finally succumbed on the 3rd day . I must say that particular PPC guru has something to teach.
Some takeouts from the speakers (not much is anything that I didn’t know already, still they are the ones who took action and become filthy rich):
* Ewen Chia : On article marketing, he said , think of an article as a teaser, give some tips only and lead readers to the site for the rest of tips. And that the #1 key to success is Mindset. To succeed, you need to set progressive goals. Write them down and see them everyday. Take responsibility and stop blaming others. He also spoke about how to find profitable niches - focus on desperate problems.
*Alok Jain : He said, successful internet marketers have in common are list and relationship. There are 2 ways to build a profitable business - the traditional way and the new-age way, viral. Why do people fail? Not focussed, no action, no proper training, people work hard not smart.

* Stephen Pierce: His advice is to sell what people are buying. Give 10 times more value. Be market driven. Dehypnotize yourself of who you are. As net marketer, your primary skill must be in traffic generation. Must always build a system because system finds, gets, keeps and grow customers for you.
* Vince Tan : He believes in massiveness and talked about GMC - Guru Mind Control - if you have this formula, you can connect with super JV partners, successful people who can help you make massive amount of money. GMC talked about knowing what motivates the guru/JV prospects - to find an angle to build relationship. What are the things that are impt to them and tickles them.

*Greg Cesar : The quality of your life will be based on the quality of your question. Find hungry buyers instead of product. Find the trafffic or market size first, then the product that matches the traffic. Campaigns fail becos marketers don’t know their numbers, wrong pricing, poor sales process, no knowledge of cheaper traffic, fail Google landing quality score. His 6-step process - think, research market, research keywords, setup campaign, test and tweak, duplicate.

Patric Chan : His L.E.A.P. formula - Leverage, Expert And Partnership. Build your own asset so you can control your business, leverage on other businesses to promote yours.

Well hope readers will find these tips useful. For me it’s a greater refresher, I really need to kick my own butt and take massive action.
